Lacebark began as a family home in the form of a country lifestyle property in Ohoka, North Canterbury.  Marion and Lindsay Pulley have worked with passion and enthusiasm to build beautiful formal landscaped gardens on their 4 hectare property. Both working as landscape gardeners for many years, Marion and Lindsay are lovers of creating beautiful outdoor spaces, which they have achieved at Lacebark.

In recent years, the couple has extended their vision to create a unique reception hall. An American style barn has been architecturally transformed to create a reception venue unlike any other. The contemporary barn was completed in 2016 and provides guests with a rustic feel, combined with a modern and comfortable finish. Catering for up to 120 seated guests, the barn’s spacious design with 5m high ceiling creates a grand atmosphere that is unmatched by surrounding venues.
